Hey friends, Hannah here 👋 I wanted to write you a newsletter about how I killed it on stage, about all the business and life hacks we learned, about the networking that was done so smoothly, and how it all translated into better, faster, cooler, newer things for me and how you, too, can apply these learnings. That’s what you write about off the heels of a week-long conference, right? 🤔 The thing is, I did kill it on stage, I did meet great people, I even learned a thing or two. But that’s...

Hi there, Hannah here :) First, a HUGE welcome to those of you who joined the Virtual Excellence Academy during our Sept/Oct intake. I’m so excited to walk with you on this journey! 🎉 For those who missed this intake, the VEA waitlist is now open for our next one, and I also have some exciting upcoming events and ways we can hang out, learn and work together, which I’ll share with you shortly. But for now, I’ve woken up today in a new country. Or rather, an old country. My country of birth,...

Hey friends, Hannah here 👋 Let me ask you a question... did you wake up this morning with a knot in your stomach? 😣 Maybe it started last Sunday evening, when the light began to fade, and that familiar dread crept in, reminding you that the tiny window of time that belonged to you was closing and another week of alarms, commutes, meetings, emails, small talk, and waiting for Friday was about to begin. Maybe you sat in traffic this morning watching hundreds of other tired people inch towards...

Hey friends, Hannah here 😊 Checking in from Miami as I head back to Mexico after a week with some of the best course creators online right now - and my friend and Team DNK's customer support champ, Tara Lonergan! 🌴 More on that in my next email. I have a lot to unpack from this trip and so many learnings I want to share with you. But for now, I want to talk about something that comes up again and again in our community: 📞 Discovery Calls Quick question: when you picture your first call with a...

Hi Reader, I'm writing this sitting in an airport lounge in Houston, watching the boarding gates cycle through cities I'll never see on this trip. There's something about airports that always puts me in a reflective mood, maybe it's the in-between-ness of it, neither here nor there, just...moving. I've been thinking about where I am in life right now. I'm on my way to Miami for the Teachable Collective experience, a two-day, invite-only gathering where top creators from Teachable (the...

Hey there, Hannah here! We've had a lot of stormy nights here in Guanajuato, but nothing can rain on DNK's parade. 💃 This month, we are gearing up for an incredible free training class with more than 600 (🤯) signups already, and we have in-person meetups on the horizon too! Today, I'm coming in hot with some thoughts on visibility, hiring VAs, AI fears, and we're celebrating a new cohort of our youth program. Read on! 🔥 Hot Tip: Why You Should Repeat Yourself! In the Virtual Excellence...

Hey friends, Hannah here 👋 I've been thinking a lot lately about the "behind the curtain" stuff. Let me explain. This here email in your hands is written by me, but sent through my email marketing provider, Kit. I have been using Kit for over 10 years! I'm a Pro user because, not to brag, quite a few thousand of you are reading my words. I don't take that lightly, and it makes my heart full; in fact, I take it seriously, which is exactly one of the reasons I invest in this platform to help...

Hey VEA family! If you’ve seen the new VEA sales page over at digitalnomadkit.com/vea or checked out my personal speaker site at hannahdixon.com, you may have noticed they are clean, fast, fully custom, and look completely professional. 💡 Fun fact: Cara Laban (aka the techy witch) built both of those using Claude! You would never guess they were built with AI because they don't look like crappy generic templates. Full disclosure: every time I try to get those kinds of results from Claude on...

Hey friends, Hannah here 👋 I’m writing from home in the Mexican mountains where it's been unusually cold and cloudy for the past week. From my cozy sofa, I’m currently planning a pretty exciting fall - a speaking tour, European travels, and a whole lot of movement after being relatively settled for a while. And while I’m planning where I’m going next, I’ve been thinking a lot about the thing I’ve spent over a decade helping other people figure out: How the hell do you actually land clients as...

Hey friends, Hannah here 😊 Last week I did a big inventory of my business. I mapped out each area, and it turns out there are a lot of them, most of which need regular attention. Over the past 15 years, I’ve had to become an email marketing pro, a sales expert, a product designer, a headhunter, a networking maven, a systems and tech whizz, a writer, a marketer, a community leader, a financial expert, customer support, a retreat host, a partnerships extraordinaire, a manager, and somehow -...
